2019年03月23日，十三五国家重点研发计划"城市新区规划设计优化技术"项目的第一课题"城市新区发展规律，规划方法与优化技术"项目的第一课题。。
In China's social and economic development, the new urban area to take planning as the lead, to promote the green development of urban new areas is China's intensive, intelligent, green, low-carbon new urbanization should be the proper meaning. In the past, the planning and design lacked the system integration of the key elements of green development and the fine control of the whole process, which led to the lack of green efficiency in the new area. Taking green development as the guide, it is of great significance for the healthy development of the new area to establish the theoretical method of planning and design of new urban areas and optimizing the technical system which is suitable for the national conditions and different regional characteristics.
