The project reflects on the current development model of the city and aims to activate the true potential of Las Salinas and reshape the life of the citizens of Viña. The plan breaks the physical boundaries of the base and intends to restore the local ecological conditions so that the public can have access to the coastal environment and public space. The project work framework aims to reproduce the city's vitality and is built by the community, the owners and the design team.

The plan connects the mountain areas that have been isolated from the sea to the coastal area. The community centre on the top of the hill and the connected Mid-Levels pedestrian lift will serve residents of St. Innes, which provides recreational activities, vocational training services, libraries and flexible public spaces for young people in need. The Central Park on the waterfront will serve as a valuable public resource for the community, promoting social integration through a range of cultural and public functions, and concentrating groups of different backgrounds and classes. The scheme reduces the public's reliance on private transportation by providing a densely populated block and unobstructed, vibrant public spaces; public, cultural, residential, retail, office and educational uses are commonplace in Las Salinas. Promote the all-round development of the community; through a series of dynamic and dynamic urban functions, pedestrians can gain a rich street experience and experience the charm of the city from a new angle.

Landscape Planning: To build a sustainable future and strengthen the landscape infrastructure and ecosystem facilities that are integral to the site, the design team looks for inspiration from nature and delve into the coastal landscape of Chile.
