Introduction

The renewal project of Tokyu Nago station is the latest TOD urban renewal and development example based on previous experience. The project is divided into two stages and the first stage was finished in 2000 and the exploit mainly relied on construction of OUTLET SHOPS. In February of 2017, Tokyu GRANDBERRY OUTLET was dismantled and the second stage renewal began.

Reason to Be Selected

1. Relying on the convenience of transportation, Hejian Park and the commercial district in front of the station are integrated as the center to promote regional exchanges and promote the popularity and development of the surrounding areas, creating a humanized space for integration of nature and commerce.

2. By connecting the formation of pedestrian network around Tokyu Nago Station, the convenience of urban traffic is improved and the coverage rate of green planting around the station is increased.
