钮心毅教授以“城际人居迁居视角下的中国城镇化空间格局特征——基于百度迁徙数据的研究”为题，探索人口的流动迁居形成了我国的人口城镇化格局；利用百度迁徙数据，以全国地市为空间单元，通过比较春运与平日的城际出行特征，分离出春运节前返乡的人口流量与流向特征，由此测度长期城镇化进程中发生的城际迁居人口规模与空间分布特征；在此视角下，我国的人口城镇化形成了南北分异的空间格局，LISA局部空间自相关性分析得到我国地理南北分区“秦岭-淮河线”基本符合这种南北分异特征；这一趋势可能会导致我国南北方走不同的城镇化道路。
