Participants should be undergraduate students in the third year or above, in urban planning, architecture, landscape or other related majors of all colleges and universities. Each work could be accomplished by 1-4 students but one participating student is allowed to author only 1 report;

参赛者应为各高等院校城乡规划专业及建筑学、风景园林学等相关专业的在读本科三年级及以上学生，每份参赛报告的设计者不超过4人，每位学生只能署名提交一份参赛报告；

It is encouraged that the participants combine their reports with the assignments of comprehensive social survey or other similar courses in their schools;

鼓励参赛学生将竞赛作品与所在学校本学年的社会综合实践调查教学或同类课程的作业相结合；

Any content that discloses the information of the participant or her/his school is not allowed in the entry work;

参赛方案中不得包含透露参赛者及其所在学校的内容和提示；

The participant needs to register on the official website of WUPENiCity.

参赛者需按要求在本网站注册成功，方能获得参赛资格，进而上传参赛作品。
